Chongqing University is a national key university directly under the administration of Ministry of Education and among of the first batch of double first-class universities in China. School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chongqing University was established in December 2015, recruiting 147 undergraduates. The college consists of three departments, Department of Medicinal Chemistry, Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, Drug Design and Natural Medicine, with six secondary disciplines including natural pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacy and pharmacognosy.
